PAZHAM NIRACHATH (Stuffed Banana)

Ingredients

  • Ripe Banan or Plantain 5 nos
  • Grated coconut 10 tablespoon
  • Sugar 5 tablespoon
  • Cardamom 5 nos
  • Ghee 2 tablespoon
  • Oil 5 tablespoon
  • Maida 50gm
  • Cashew 5 nos
  • Raisins 10 nos
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1 pinch pin for taste

Directions

Heat the pan with ghee and add grated coconut

Keep sauteing and add cashew nuts, risins, cardamom and sugare to fry

In a bowl, make thicker batter using maida, sugar and water

Peel the banana and make small shallow legth wise by removing black seed part of banana

Fill the slits of banana by using above fried coconut mixture

Coat the batter over slit fillings -outside part of banana

Heat the oil and fry banana carefully on low flame up to get it brown color

The yummy sweet PAZHAM NIRACHATH ready for serve as evening or morning healthy dish.
